We currently ship to all 36 states.

Who handles delivery?
All deliveries are fulfilled by Gig Logistics.

How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery times apply. However, during major sales or promotions, processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Warranty & Return

1. Returns on New Goods
Goods sold in good condition are non-refundable.

2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by:

  • Liquid contact.

  • Power surges.

  • Screen damage (both physical and internal).

  • Battery damage caused by overcharging or the use of a faulty/non-original charger.

Important Note: Please test all devices thoroughly before leaving the shop.

3. Returns for Used/Open-Box/Active Phones
Used, open-box, or active phones may be returned within 2 weeks of purchase, subject to store inspection.

4. Mishandled Goods
Goods that are mishandled or damaged by the customer cannot be exchanged or returned.
